- 2 cloves of garlic, puree and stir fry

- 4 stalks of celery, tied

How to cook :

3. Rendang
RENDANG is an authentic Indonesian meat dish originating from Minangkabau.

- 400 gr rice flour
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 300 gr grated coconut
- 120 ml coconut milk

- 2 bay leaves
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
- 3 cm galangal, bruised
- 120 grams of (Jawa sugars ) dark brown one

- 500 ml thick coconut milk

- 8 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon coriander

- 2 teaspoons salt
How to cook :
- Cut the young jackfruit into large dice. Boil young jackfruit in water or old coconut water to taste until soft.

- Puree all the spice ingredients in a blender or pulverize until completely smooth.
- Put the young jackfruit and eggs in a saucepan.
- Pour coconut milk, add ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal and brown sugar.

8. Yellow rice

How to Make Yellow Rice :

- Add coconut milk and salt, cook until boiling. Taste correction.
- Put the rice into the rice cooker, then add the stir-fried spices and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
- Cook the rice in the rice cooker until cooked.
